Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited drops / exclusive releases
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing issues (subject to product availability). If your size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
