Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your package.

Shipping Delays

ECHV FVDE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ECHV FVDE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
